During 2024 the European Union continued to increase its activities in the TMT field. The new regulations and proposals will significantly affect companies operating in the TMT sector and beyond, prompting accountability and cooperation between the various stakeholders.

From privacy and cybersecurity, to advertising and media; from consumer protection and e-commerce to cryptocurrencies and tax rules; from telecommunications and connected devices to AI systems and related liabilities: every business should embrace the opportunities (and challenges!) that lie ahead.
