Dusseldorf/Frankfurt/Istanbul—Global law firm Dentons and Turkish law firm Balcıoğlu Selçuk Eymirlioğlu Ardıyok Keki Attorney Partnership, the law firm Dentons works exclusively in relation to all Turkish law matters, have advised the Linde + Wiemann Group on the sale of its shares in the Turkish joint venture Linde Opsan A.S. Otomotiv to its former JV partner Opsan. The 50 percent stake in the Turkish company was successfully transferred at the end of December 2024. The parties have agreed not to disclose the total value of the transaction.

The automotive supplier Linde + Wiemann, based in Dillenburg (Hesse, Germany), employs approximately 2,400 people at 19 locations in eight countries. The company produces structural components for vehicle construction and focuses on the development of new products that help to increase the safety of vehicles while reducing their weight.
