Dentons announces today that Jason Walton and Carty Bibee have joined the Firm’s Corporate, Tax and Private Client practice as partners. Both bring extensive experience in renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure projects, particularly in tax credit finance and M&A transactions.

Walton has a proven track record in tax credit transactions, focusing on renewable energy projects at both federal and state levels. His experience spans beyond tax credits to encompass all aspects of a project, including project development and financing structures.

Bibee brings significant experience in renewable energy tax credit finance and M&A transactions. His practice focuses on complex tax equity investments and transferability transactions, with an emphasis on solar and storage projects. His experience also includes representing participants in M&A, joint ventures and other negotiated transactions with a focus on renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure projects.
