Global law firm Dentons advised ING Bank N.V. as Mandated Lead Arranger, Original Lender and Facility Agent and Jyske Bank A/S as Mandated Lead Arranger, Original Lender, RCF Lender and Security Agent on the refinancing of Umove following its acquisition by JP Morgan Asset Management’s Global Transportation Group from Cube Infrastructure Managers. The refinancing comprised senior facilities, including for working capital and future capital expenditure, as well as green loan features.

Umove is Denmark’s largest privately-owned provider of public transport with a fleet of more than 500 buses for daily urban and interurban connections. Umove was the first company in Denmark to run a fleet of 100% electric vehicles in city operations.
