Kyiv—Global law firm Dentons has successfully represented a European creditor in a multi-party arbitration in the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) against a Ukrainian company, which operates on the world steel market.

Dentons provided complex English and Ukrainian law advice, in developing the litigation strategy and representing client’s interest during the arbitration. As a result, Dentons was successful in obtaining an arbitral award in client’s favor in the amount of approximately US$360 million.
