This session focuses on the intersection between remote or flexible work and labour relations, including in the context of collective bargaining and labour disputes. We review trends we are seeing in collective bargaining related to remote and flexible work, provide a refresher on management rights, and end with a discussion on how remote work is also impacting labour disputes.
