We will discuss compliance in light of varying state laws in the absence of a comprehensive federal privacy law and how your organization can stay compliant as the law continues to evolve.
• The Bad Actors Are Still Out There: Recent trends and attack vectors – what to expect, and how to respond if you experience a security breach.
• Website Compliance: What are the necessary website attributes to comply with federal and state laws – Privacy Notices, Terms of Use and Conditions, Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Cookies Notice, Pixels and Data Mining.
• Cybersecurity Insurance: Recent trends in Cyber Insurance, qualifications, coverage, denial of claims, pitfalls when purchasing cyber insurance.
• Artificial Intelligence: As technology continues to advance at an unprecedented rate, the use of artificial intelligence (AI) has become increasingly prevalent by many businesses.
