Todd Carlisle is a shareholder resident in Dentons’ Birmingham, AL, office and served as president of Dentons Sirote from 2015 to 2022. He is a member of the Corporate practice group and leads the Dentons Sirote Mergers and Acquisitions team. His practice focuses on M&A and general corporate representation, with an emphasis on the financial services and forest products industries. Carlisle represents national property/casualty and life insurance distribution platforms, broker-dealers, regional and national banks, and wealth management firms.

Frank Carroll, of counsel and resident in Dentons’ Des Moines office, has been a legal leader in Iowa for more than 50 years. Clients of various sizes and industries—including health care, senior housing, financial institutions and energy—have benefitted from his counsel on business contracts, corporate transactions, corporate benefits, tax aspects of acquisitions and various other business matters. A former president of the Iowa State Bar Association, Carroll has also dedicated thousands of hours to teaching future leaders in law school and Continuing Legal Education seminars.
