Dentons supported Wavestone, an independent consulting firm listed on Euronext Paris, in its cross-border acquisition of Aspirant Consulting, a US consulting firm based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Founded in 2003 and operating in the United States and the United Kingdom, Aspirant Consulting provides deep expertise on strategy, marketing and innovation, organizational effectiveness and change management, and technology consulting.  It counts among its clients Global 500 companies as well as large US enterprises in several sectors, with a strong footprint in life sciences. 

With the acquisition of Aspirant Consulting, Wavestone continues to strengthen its presence in the United States.
