Dentons announces today that Arin Aragona has joined the Firm as a partner in its Corporate, Private Equity and Cannabis practice groups in Louisville. Arin, a former general counsel at a private equity firm focused on cannabis, brings a depth of experience that will help clients in a variety of transactional matters.

Arin focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, representing buyers and sellers. He also assists clients with business organization, financing, regulations and more across a variety of industries, including finance, manufacturing, agriculture, cannabis and others.

Through his work at the boutique private equity firm, Arin gained unique insight and experience that helps him to better understand the needs of those currently in the cannabis industry, and those looking to enter the market. He can assist businesses and investors with company formation, regulations, licensing, raising capital, dispute resolution, restructuring work, capital deployment and more.
