Graduated with honors from the Latin American University of Science and Technology (ULACIT) and with a Master's degree in Intellectual Property, Melissa has more than 15 years of professional experience in the practice of Intellectual Property. Melissa is an active member of various local and international trademark law associations. Melissa is highly ranked in Intellectual Property legal directories (Chambers and Partners and World Trademark Review).

Melissa has a broad experience in complex trademark enforcement and litigation as well as international trademarks portfolio management, which she combines with in-depth understanding of clients' businesses needs.
