Global law firm Dentons has appointed Rome-based partner Roberto Fabio Lipari as Head of the Europe Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. In his new role, he will be responsible for the strategy, leadership and management of the practice across 18 countries in Continental Europe and Central Asia.

Roberto Lipari has 20 years’ experience in litigation and international arbitration and has been a partner at Dentons since 2019. He represents sovereign entities and corporate clients in corporate, commercial and financial disputes, as well as white-collar and investigation matters. He also represents clients in international commercial and investment arbitrations.

He is recognized among the leading lawyers for Dispute Resolution in Italy by Chambers & Partners and Who’s Who Legal. He was recently elected as a delegate to the ICC Commission on Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution for the 2024-2027 term.
