Paris—Dentons Paris has advised Gilde Healthcare on the sale of its majority stake in RAD-x to a consortium made up of Swiss Life Asset Managers and Vesper Infrastructure Partners.

The consortium will support the growth ambitions of the pan-European medical imaging specialist RAD-x with a significant development plan aimed at extending its presence in Europe.

The Dutch investment fund Gilde Healthcare is an investor specialized in the healthcare sector and manages over 2.6 billion euros through two fund strategies: Private Equity and Venture & Growth.

Dentons Paris has been advising Gilde Healthcare since it acquired a stake in RAD-x in 2016.

Gilde Healthcare was advised by a team composed of Olivia Guéguen, partner Head of the Corporate M&A group in Dentons Paris, and Pierre-Marie Gallo and Pauline Barbou des Places (associates).
