Bratislava, July 28, 2021 - Dentons’ Banking and Finance team in Bratislava has advised Slovenská sporiteľňa (a member of the Erste Group), on one of the largest non-real estate banking transactions in Slovakia in this year. The acquisition loan was provided to a borrower controlled by Ing. arch. Pavol Jakubec and was used for the acquisition of a 50% stake in I.D.C. Holding, a.s., the producer of iconic Slovak biscuits Horalky, Mila, Kavenky and others. The acquisition gave Mr. Jakubec full control over I.D.C. Holding, a.s.
