Affinity Groups

Dentons’ Affinity Groups help advance and foster an inclusive Firm culture by supporting the professional advancement of members through networking. Open to all colleagues, including allies, our Affinity Groups center the lived experiences and unique perspectives of those who identify with each group’s core identity.

Our Affinity Groups lead the organization of events celebrating US cultural heritage months. Each eye-opening program gives Dentons colleagues, clients and high-profile authors and speakers a chance to share invaluable insights and have frank conversations. Cultural heritage month events allow us all to celebrate the contributions of our nation’s individuals and communities. Annual celebrations include Black History Month; International Women’s Day; Asian American, Native Hawaiian and Pacific American Heritage Month; Pride Month; Hispanic/Latinx Heritage Month; Disability Employment Awareness Month; Veterans Day; and Native American Heritage Month.
