The Scottish Parliament passed the Housing (Cladding Remediation) (Scotland) Bill on 14 May 2024 (the Bill). The Bill, which awaits Royal Assent, sets out a framework for regulated assessments and remediation of certain buildings with unsafe cladding in Scotland.
