The sale of ODATA by Patria Infraestructure III fund, managed by Patria Investments, and CyrusOne to buyer Aligned wins the “Mergers & acquisitions: Private Companies Deal of the Year” at the 2023 Latin Lawyer Deal of the Year Awards. ODATA was established as part of the strategy of the Patria Infraestructure III fund, which is managed by Patria Investments, in 2015. It is one of the fastest-growing hyperscale data center platforms in Latin America. The company has operational facilities strategically located in Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, and Chile, and is also developing additional data centers in several locations across the region.
