Dentons announces today that J. Trumon Phillips has joined the Firm as a partner in its Litigation practice in the Miami office. Phillips’ extensive experience in the courtroom and managing high-stakes commercial, insurance and class action disputes will be an invaluable asset to clients facing complex, high-stakes litigation across industries.

Phillips brings a wealth of experience representing national and multinational companies in high-stakes commercial and insurance disputes in state and federal courts. He specializes in developing and coordinating national and international litigation strategies for clients across a range of industries, including financial services, automotive, energy, life sciences and consumer products. Phillips has a proven track record of guiding clients through all phases of litigation—from pre-litigation investigation and strategy to motion practice, trial and appeal. Phillips’ ability to manage large-scale, multi-jurisdictional disputes makes him particularly well-suited to help clients mitigate risk and achieve successful outcomes in their most critical matters.
