Dentons’ Real Estate team in Warsaw has advised Skanska on the conclusion of a preliminary sale agreement for the Generation Park Z office building in Warsaw. Investment value was €98 million. Deka Immobilien – a German entity, which is one of Europe's leading real estate investment managers, will be a new buyer of the facility. The closure of the transaction is planned for in the second quarter of this year.

Generation Park is a new complex composed of three office buildings under construction, located at the Daszyński Roundabout in Warsaw. The total area of all facilities reaches 87,000 sq. m. Every stage of the investment is marked with one the X, Y, Z symbols, referring to successive generations and a potential of many generations of the Warsaw residents.

Generation Park Z, which was commissioned in the third quarter of 2019, is the second and a penultimate phase of the investment, offering approximately 19,000 sq. m. of leasable area. The building has achieved LEED Platinum precertification and is applying for WELL Core & Shell certification.

The transaction was led by partner Bartłomiej Kordeczka and senior associate Martyna Racz-Suchocka with the assistance of associate Anna Misztela.
