Chicago—Chicago Real Estate partner and Linda White, Corporate partner Elke Rehbock and Health Care partner Mary Wilson were named to Crain's Chicago Business' 2018 list of Notable Women Lawyers in Chicago.

The list honors "the powerful women leaders who have made an impact on Chicago's legal world, from effecting constructive change within their firm and their field, to mentoring other women attorneys, to assuming leadership roles in professional organizations and community service initiatives."

Nations is recognized as one of Chicago’s most versatile practitioners, having deep experience in both the legal and business aspects of complex real estate transactions. Her clients, both domestic and foreign, include private and institutional clients that invest in a wide range of debt and equity transactions, private real estate development companies and investment advisors. Equally committed to serving her community, Nations is a past chair of the Executive Committee of Northwestern University Council of 100, an organization of highly successful women professionals in a variety of industries committed to the mentoring and career development of Northwestern alumna.

Rehbock focuses her practice on US and foreign corporate and financial institution clients representing them in the US and abroad on domestic and international corporate, finance and commercial matters. She serves as the US external general counsel for numerous foreign companies. Because of her international background and German and French fluency, nearly all of these transactions are cross-border in nature and cover a wide range of product and service sectors.

White is recognized in the real estate industry as an authority on leasing and management. She is highly experienced in acquisitions, dispositions, workouts, leasing, financing, joint venture relationships, structuring, development and telecommunications matters. She has played, and continues to play, a leading role in some of the largest real estate transactions in the country. She represents both owners/landlords and tenants in complex leasing and management matters involving office and retail properties.

Wilson is a member of Dentons' US Board and Executive Committee. Her nationwide legal practice comprises finance, health care law and tax-exempt organizations. In her finance practice, she counsels and represents borrowers (including health care organizations, cultural institutions, schools and universities), underwriters, banks (as liquidity and/or credit providers) and issuers (including cities and counties in municipal financings). She also serves as bond counsel in tax-exempt bond issues and other finance transactions. In addition, Wilson advises and represents hospitals and health systems in corporate transactions, such as restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, joint operating arrangements, physician contracting and alignment, as well as finance strategy.
