Dentons private equity group in Poland advised the European fund IK Investment Partners on the sale of part of Agros Nova Group’s juice and non-carbonated drinks business to Polmlek Group. The agreement between the owner of Agros Nova Soki, and Grupa Polmlek was signed on October 1, 2015.

Dentons represented IK Investment Partners in all stages of the investment into the Agros Nova Group, including its acquisition in 2010, the business restructuring process and the asset disposal. The transaction closed in October marks the last step of the exit process. Last December Dentons lawyers advised on the sale of the agricultural and food products business of Agros Nova Group to Maspex, a leading Polish food and drinks producer. The transaction was one of the largest private equity transactions in Poland in 2014.
