The following is a summary of eighteen cases in which – according to the provisions of the NIS 2 Directive and the DORA Regulation – the exchange of information on incidents and cyber threats, as well as other information related to cyber security, should take place. The cases mentioned in the summary are significant in that there is growing attention to the fact that affected entities are not sharing information on how to detect, prevent and manage cyber incidents. This is despite the fact that very often these incidents are massive and come from the same source or were caused by the same malware.
