Dentons’ Real Estate team in Italy was awarded the overall prize of Law Firm of the Year at the Legalcommunity Real Estate Awards 2023. The awards ceremony, dedicated to excellence in the real estate industry, took place in Milan on September 9, 2023.

This was the third such awards ceremony for the Italian legal publication. The jury recognized the most outstanding firms and professionals operating in Italy in terms of reputation and activities carried out over the past year.

With a team dedicated to the real estate sector in Italy, composed of 50 lawyers, Dentons received the award thanks to its “comprehensive assistance to major market players with all-round expertise. Key practice areas include multimillion-dollar transactions of commercial and logistics space, as well as comprehensive assistance in the creation of ad-hoc funds on behalf of leading institutions,” the jury stated.
