Salt Lake City - The Firm represented Techcyte, Inc. in a technology transfer and investment transaction with Mayo Clinic. Techcyte develops clinical pathology AI platforms that integrate clinical workflows with standardized infrastructure, data schema, and technical expertise. The transaction closed December 22, 2023.
