Global law firm Dentons has advised long-standing client the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) on an equity investment in Pelion S.A., the largest pharmaceutical distributor in Poland. EBRD’s investment will allow Pelion S.A. to grow innovative business lines and further expand its existing operations in Poland.

Pelion has been operating in the wholesale distribution, retail pharma and retail cosmetics markets in Poland and the Baltic region since 1990.
