AB Dentons Partner and the Head of Corporate and M&A practice in Russia Konstantin Kroll has been appointed to the List of Recommended Arbitrators of Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).

The AIAC, located in Malaysia, was established more than 40 years ago (before 2018 – the Kuala Lumpur Regional Centre for Arbitration). The AIAC is one of the major regional centers for international arbitration and is alongside regional leaders – Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) and Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The Centre was the first in the world to adopt the UNCITRAL Rules for Arbitration as revised in 2013 and has its own set of procedural rules which governs the conduct of the entire arbitration proceedings from its commencement to its termination. The AIAC is also an official Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) alternative hearing centre.

Konstantin is triple qualified as a Russian advocate, solicitor of Senior Courts of England and Wales, and Irish solicitor (non-practicing). Konstantin is a fellow (FCIArb) of the Charted Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) in London and a Vice President of the Russian Chapter of CIArb European Branch, a member of HKIAC’s List of Arbitrators, GIAC’s List of Arbitrators and TIAC’s panel of arbitrators, a member of the ICC Russia Commission on Arbitration and ICC Russia recommended arbitrator, and an accredited arbitrator at the Russian Arbitration Center at the Russian Institute of Modern Arbitration (RIMA) and the Arbitration Center at the RSPP, the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (International and Investment Disputes Panel).
