Dentons has advised Heimstaden Bostad AB on the acquisition of four blocks of flats, to be developed within the "Aurora" residential project in Warsaw's Włochy district, from Polish developer Dantex. The transaction was carried out in a forward funding formula and comprises 400 units for rent with a total area of 19,500 sq m.

The acquisition of the project is Heimstaden’s fourth transaction completed in the PRS sector in Poland. The "Aurora" residential investment is part of a very popular housing development located in the attractive location – the Warsaw district of Włochy. The project is only 10 minutes from the city centre, near the Jerozolimskie train station and close to a large business district.

The project was supervised by Piotr Szafarz, Head of Dentons’ Real Estate practice in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. The transactional team included partner Piotr Staniszewski and managing counsel Jarosław Stąpel. Commercial advisory was provided by CBRE Poland.
