Mark Loyd has been reappointed to the board of trustees of the Louisville Zoo Foundation, Inc. Loyd, who serves as chair of the firm’s Tax and Employee Benefits Department, began his service as a trustee on the board in 2014. His term will expire in June of 2020.

Loyd’s practice focuses on resolving clients’ state, local and federal tax issues through planning, audit management, administrative protest, negotiated settlement, administrative hearings, litigation, and appeals.
