Paris—La firme mondiale Dentons a conseillé Indraero-Siren, filiale du groupe coté Lisi, lors de la cession de de son fonds de commerce relatif à son activité « Floor covering – Aménagement intérieur » à Daher Aerospace, filiale du groupe Daher. L’opération est intervenue le 1er août 2016.
L’activité cédée, dédiée à la pose de revêtements intérieurs tissés et non tissés destinés aux avions commerciaux, emploie 55 personnes et a réalisé un chiffre d’affaires d’environ 8 millions d’euros en 2015.
L’adossement de cette activité au sein du groupe Daher permettra de jouer à plein des synergies opérationnelles et renforcera ainsi sa position internationale sur les marchés des aménagements intérieurs d’avions commerciaux, ceci, auprès des constructeurs comme des compagnies aériennes.
Lisi Aerospace et Indraero-Siren étaient conseillés par Dentons (Olivier Genevois et Emmanuelle De Schepper sur les aspects M&A, Emmanuelle van den Broucke sur les aspects de droit de la concurrence).
