The Hill named Dentons Public Policy partners Matthew Cutts and Chris Fetzer Top Lobbyists for 2024. The annual list recognizes lobbyists who have leveraged their connections, influence, knowledge and experience to deliver for clients and shape legislation.

Cutts serves as the head of US Federal Policy and Government Relations for Dentons in Washington, DC. He coordinates large, multilayered public policy initiatives and helps clients achieve their most sought-after federal legislative objectives, with a particular emphasis on tax policy and financial services issues.

Fetzer leads the Firm’s National Security, Foreign Policy, and Energy Security team and US Sovereign Advisory group, and also serves as Co-Chair of the Dentons Global Task Force on Ukraine Transformation. A former Senate aide on Capitol Hill, he focuses on advocacy and strategy in the defense, trade, security, energy, technology and foreign affairs arenas. This is the third consecutive year he has been named one of The Hill’s Top Lobbyists.
