Dentons has advised Santander Bank Polska and BNP Paribas Bank Polska on providing financing of PLN 408 million for the company Nowel. The funds will be used to refinance existing debt and finance the further development of the Nowel group, which specializes in the production of part-baked bread. The company supplies its products to the largest retail chains in Poland and Europe. The financing was partially secured with a guarantee from the Polish export credit agency (KUKE).

Dentons supported the financing banks in preparing, negotiating, and signing the financing documents and securities.
