Calgary—Dentons is pleased to announce that Murray A. Rodych has joined the Firm as Counsel in our Litigation and Dispute Resolution group.

Based in Calgary, Murray’s practice focuses primarily on the areas of anti-bribery, anti-money laundering, fraud and capital market offenses.

Murray garnered extensive experience as senior counsel with the Public Prosecution Service of Canada, advising the RCMP, prosecuting Corruption of Foreign Public Officials Act charges, and regularly liaising with foreign investigative agencies.

In addition to his work on anti-corruption, Murray was actively engaged in advising the RCMP on fraud, insider trading and money laundering investigations, as well as on the criminal enforcement of capital market offenses. He has litigated a wide variety of national and international cases, ranging from war crimes to national security issues on behalf of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service.

Murray is called to the bar in British Columbia and Alberta.
