Global law firm Dentons and law firm Balcıoğlu Selçuk Eymirlioğlu Ardıyok Keki Attorney Partnership, the law firm that Dentons works with in relation to all Turkish law matters, have advised Anadolubank on its debut international bond offering, an issue of Fixed Rate Resettable Tier 2 Notes due 2035, raising US$150 million.

Goldman Sachs International acted as the Sole Bookrunner for the transaction. Anadolubank is a private commercial bank operating both in Türkiye and in the Netherlands. It is the financial services arm of the HABAŞ Group, a significant industrial conglomerate in Türkiye.
