Global law firm Dentons has recruited Inmaculada Castelló to join as a Partner in the Corporate and M&A practice in Madrid.  

Inmaculada Castelló has more than 20 years of professional experience in domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, investments, and corporate restructuring transactions.  She focuses primarily on the technology, industrial and life sciences sectors. She also advises on transactions in the financial and real estate sectors, including the restructuring of financial institutions.  

Before joining Dentons, she was a Corporate and M&A partner at Pinsent Masons, and prior to that, she worked at Ramón y Cajal and Cuatrecasas. She holds a law degree from the University of Alicante.

She was recognized among the top 30 lawyers in Spain in 2022 by Iberian Lawyer, and as ‘Lawyer of the Year – Health Care Law’ by Best Lawyers. She also serves as secretary of the Association of Digital Health (Asociación de Salud Digital).
