Cécile Bayle becomes Partner in the Corporate M&A group in the Paris office. She is particularly involved in private equity matters in private equity transactions, LBOs, management packages, mergers and acquisitions and restructurings. A lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2002, Cécile joined Dentons in 2015. She holds a DESS in Business Law and Taxation from the University of Poitiers.

Ramu Ramaswamy becomes Partner in the International Sovereign Advisory group. He is based in the Paris office. Ramu advises governments and government agencies on contentious and non-contentious matters. A lawyer at the Paris Bar and the High Courts of England and Wales and Delhi, Ramu joined Dentons in 2018. He holds an L.L.B from the National Law School of India University, and is a graduate in Criminal Law and Criminology from the London School of Economics, as well as in French Law and European Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne.

Caroline Pucel becomes Counsel in the Corporate M&A group in the Paris office. She mainly works on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions. A lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2015, Caroline joined Dentons in 2020. She holds a Master 2 in Taxation, Business Law, Consulting and Business Management from INSEEC, and a Master 2 in Mergers and Acquisitions, Funding from the University of Paris-Saclay.

Ines Tantardini becomes Counsel in the Public Law group of the Paris office. Inès intervenes, both in advice and in litigation, in the areas of regulated activities law (energy law, media, environment, transport), project financing, public-private partnerships and public contracts in France and abroad. A lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2016, Ines joined Dentons in 2019. She holds a Master 2 in Business Law from the University of Paris IX Paris Dauphine and an LL.M. from McGill University.

Yoel Bendavid becomes Counsel in the Social Law group of the Paris office. He advises in all areas of social law, particularly in matters of individual and collective labor relations as well as in individual and collective disputes with French and foreign companies. A lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2015, Yoel joined Dentons in 2019. He holds a Master 2 DPS in Labor Law and Health Law from the University of Montpellier I.
