Paris—Dentons Paris has advised Île-de-France Mobilités in the context of awarding the public service contract for the operation of the T12 and T13 tram-train lines.

The contract was awarded to RATP Cap Île-de-France for a duration of 100 months.

This procedure is part of the opening up to competition of the entire Île-de-France transport system.

Île-de-France Mobilités was advised by the Public Law team, composed of Dorothée Griveaux (partner) and Inès Tantardini (counsel).
