Dentons’ Real Estate team in Warsaw has advised Atrium European Real Estate on a conclusion of a preliminary agreements for the purchase of two residential projects in Warsaw and Cracow, comprising approx. 650 apartments worth €53 million. These are Atrium's first investments in a new class of real estate assets, conducted as part of the company's strategy to expand its portfolio by a new segment (PRS - private rental sector).

The Warsaw property, to be commissioned by the second quarter of 2022, is located in the Włochy district and comprises 541 residential units. The second property is located in the Cracow’s Krowodrza district and will comprise 109 units.

The transaction was led by partner Jacek Jezierski, counsel Martyna Racz-Suchocka, and senior associate Alicja Puławska, with the support of associates Zuzanna Soboń and Jacek Korcz.
