ORPEA successfully completed two sustainability linked Euro PP bond issues, with interest rates linked to social and environmental targets.

BRED Banque Populaire acted as Lead Manager for this transaction, arranged with the Eiffel Impact Debt fund and MACSF, as co-investors. The two bond issues have a maturity of 8 and 10 years respectively.
