Kansas City, MO—Lisa Krigsten, partner in Dentons' White Collar and Government Investigations practice, has been recognized as one of Missouri Lawyers Weekly 's 2018 Influential Lawyers.

Krigsten, a former federal prosecutor,  advises and represents US and foreign multinational companies, their senior management, and their boards of directors in investigations and related complex criminal and civil litigation. An accomplished litigator, she first-chairs commercially sensitive and bet-the-company cases throughout the US.

Prior to entering private practice, Krigsten was a presidential appointee, serving as a Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General within the DOJ in Washington, DC. While there, she worked alongside the highest levels of DOJ leadership in guiding the national enforcement of federal law. She also coordinated the DOJ’s responses to congressional inquiries and assisted in the drafting of key regulations and laws passed by Congress.

An active member of  the Kansas City civic and business communities, Krigsten is a member of the 2017-18 class of  the prestigious Kansas City Tomorrow program. She also serves on the Board of Directors of Youth Ambassadors and is the past president of Impact KC.

Missouri Lawyers Weekly will recognize Krigsten and the other honorees at an awards luncheon on Friday, January 26. The honorees will also be profiled in a special section of the January 22 edition of Missouri Lawyers Weekly.
