For US businesses already operating in, or looking to expand into Canada, that risk is becoming more complex. With Canada’s Bill C-11 on the verge of becoming law and introducing potential fines in the millions of dollars, US businesses must understand the current privacy landscape in Canada, and how Canada’s Bill C-11 may change that.
