For almost two years now, the pandemic has been turning the business world upside down and bringing its share of challenges for employers. Over the past year, important decisions related to COVID-19 have been made by various decision-making entities in Québec in employment and labour law.

As we begin the year, we review some of these decisions in the hope of enlightening you on the issues you are facing in your workplaces during these extraordinary times. The decisions outlined in this document relate in particular to compulsory vaccination, disciplinary measures for non-compliance with health rules, remuneration during periods of quarantine and teleworking.
