The fastest growing global law firm - ever
Leading law firms do not join Dentons. They join with Dentons to enhance their offerings to clients. Since the firm was founded in 2013, more than 40 law firms around the world have combined with Dentons in pursuit of a common goal: to offer clients more services, more resources, more experience and more talent.
Polycentric
Dentons is proudly diverse. We have no dominant HQ or culture. Key decisions are made with the contribution and insight of a diverse and representative governance structure comprised of:
Global Advisory Committee, consisting of all the board members of the firms that have combined with Dentons (or those firms’ representatives)
Global Board, the firm’s governing body, which includes representatives from each region’s boards and includes the Chairman of the Global Board, Global Chief Executive Officer, Regional CEOs and Global Vice-Chairpersons.
In addition, the Global Board is advised on day-to-day management by the Global Management Committee, which is led by the Global CEO and is comprised of the Global CEO and the Regional CEOs, with Global Chief Business Services Officers acting as ex-officio members.
Focused on solutions and outcomes
Dentons is the only global law firm to structure its narrative around how it helps its clients to grow, protect, operate and finance their organizations. In taking an outcomes approach, we understanding that our clients’ challenges often go beyond the parameters of traditional law and involve complex opportunities and challenges spanning commercial, reputational, financial, regulatory and governance dimensions.
