Pinkerton, a member of Dentons’ Real Estate practice and resident in the Atlanta office, focuses his practice in the area of complex commercial real estate transactions. He has extensive experience representing developers, owners, institutional lenders, private equity funds and servicers in connection with the acquisition, development, financing, disposition and leasing of a broad range of commercial real estate projects, with a particular emphasis on student housing and multifamily projects.
