Joshua L. Hornady has been selected as a Fellow of the Construction Lawyers Society of America (CLSA), an invitation-only international honorary association composed of preeminent lawyers with experience in construction law and related fields.

Fellowship in the CLSA is limited and selective, with lawyers being invited into Fellowship upon a proven record of excellence and accomplishment in construction law at both the trial and appellate levels. Lawyers nominated or selected may be in any discipline in the construction law arena, including contract specialization, negotiations, litigation, arbitration, appellate and/or surety law. The CLSA is dedicated to promoting superior advocacy and ethical standards in construction law and fostering a scholarly and advanced exchange of ideas across all construction law practices.

Hornady is a shareholder in Dentons’ Birmingham office, where he is a member of the Litigation practice. Hornady strategically guides clients through complex and challenging disputes, leveraging his extensive experience before state and federal trial and appellate courts, arbitration forums, and regulatory bodies. Within his broad-based corporate and commercial disputes practice, he regularly advises and represents companies across the spectrum of the construction and real estate sectors, with an emphasis on owners and developers.
