The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) has appointed Jesús Mardomingo, partner in Dentons' Banking and Finance practice in Spain, as President of the Institute's National Advisory Council (NAC) for Spain and Latin America. Made up of prestigious professionals, the NAC supports the members of CISI in Spanish-speaking countries and directs its activities in the development of professional standards for the financial profession in the region. In addition, it helps the Institute in the expansion of certification work in Spain and LATAM.

Jesus Mardomingo has more than 30 years of experience in providing legal advice to financial institutions and public administrations on commercial and regulatory matters, as well as on various types of corporate transactions involving credit institutions, insurance companies and investment services companies.  He is recognized as a leading lawyer for Banking and Finance Regulatory and Fintech in Spain by leading directories, such as Chambers & Partners and Legal 500.
