Global law firm Dentons has advised to Fio realitní fond SICAV, a.s. (Fio real estate fund) in connection with the acquisition of the premium office and retail building Stará Celnice, located in close proximity to náměstí Republiky in the center of Prague. The transaction was executed through the purchase of 100% of the shares in a Czech limited liability company that owns the property from German pension fund BVK Europa-Immobilien-Spezialfonds.

Dentons advised Fio real estate fund on all legal aspects of the transaction, including conducting legal due diligence, structuring the acquisition, negotiating transaction documentation, and closing the deal.
