Dentons announces today that Caitlin Rieser has rejoined Dentons’ Tax practice as Of Counsel based in its Louisville office.

Caitlin focuses her practice on federal transactional tax issues of various business entities, including partnerships, limited liability companies, and S and C corporations, and counsels business owners and corporations on various business tax matters, including governance and compliance, ownership interest or stock sales, mergers, conversions, reorganizations/restructures and dissolutions, among others. Caitlin also helps clients by identifying, analyzing and advising on eligibility for various federal business tax credits and incentives.

Caitlin rejoins the firm after serving as Tax Director and Senior Legal Counsel for a specialty tax firm serving small businesses and CPAs.
