London—Dentons, the world's largest law firm, today announced a groundbreaking partnership with Intanify, a VC-backed artificial intelligence (AI) fintech startup.

Key highlights of the partnership include:

• Enhanced IP risk analysis capabilities

Intanify has developed 'knowledge graphs' covering intellectual property (IP) due diligence and risk, together with Viktor Dörfler, Professor of AI Strategy at the Department of Management Science, University of Strathclyde Business School and a leading specialist in AI software.

The concepts are being incorporated into Intanify’s platform and have been piloted by Dentons to allow companies to spot risks before they materialise, or are identified by another party, acquirer or investor.

The platform now supports accelerated IP audit and due diligence processes for companies and IP professionals.

• Value-add for Dentons clients

Dentons will refer clients who could benefit from Intanify's suite of capabilities, including IP valuation and risk assessment, and Dentons intends to pilot a white label product that will provide these services under the firm's brand underpinned by its legal IP expertise.

Intanify’s platform will in future offer clients value-add services, such as access to finance.

In turn, Intanify will leverage its deep understanding of clients' context to recommend when advice from a lawyer should be a priority.

This symbiotic relationship ensures that clients receive holistic support tailored to their specific requirements, seamlessly integrating technological and legal expertise.

• Innovative, streamlined service delivery

This strategic partnership will enable Dentons to expedite certain workflows and deliver enhanced services to participating clients.
