Dublin—Dentons, the world's largest global law firm, has announced the recruitment of Niamh Keogh into its growing Dublin office. 

Niamh will join the firm from Mason Hayes & Curran where she is a Partner and Co-Head of Tax. She advises domestic and international clients across all tax heads in a wide range of sectors. She has experience of advising on inward investment into Ireland and M&A, and is a specialist on the use of Irish regulated fund structures and securitisation vehicles. She has also acted as Irish tax counsel on international and domestic group reorganisations and establishments in Ireland.

Niamh's recruitment follows the recent hire of structured finance, securitisation and debt capital markets Partner Matthew Cahill.
