Berlin/Munich—Global law firm Dentons has represented the promissory note holders of Benteler in the preparation of a comprehensive financing plan for the restructuring of the automotive supplier. At the same time, Dentons advised the sponsors on the restructuring of the existing Euro ABCP programme for Benteler, with the involvement of Dentons lawyers in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Spain.
